"POOR SERVICE"
POOR SERVICE
I ordered a trousers, they said delivered but the the address they sent me to pick up, doesn't exist. I went on the address, and there's ASDA store at the address. Beware they never replied for my complaint. Tried chat , no chat available, tried call , no one attend call. I've lost my trousers and £90.
Poor Services.

"Patagonia has rejected two of my recent…"
Patagonia has rejected two of my recent negative reviews without explanation. The reviews were detailed and based on actual recent purchase. I have used their products for decades and was truly disappointed to see that they filter out negative reviews. I think this is a fraudulent practice.

"charged for fast shipping but didn’t deliver"
I ordered a jacket while in the US and paid 12 dollars for expedited shipping but the email confirmation said the shipping was “standard” so I called customer service since it would arrive after the date needed unless expedited. They could do NOTHING for me, and now i have to ask a friend to collect the package from my old address and return ship, and they will charge me an additional 5 dollars for return postage. I love patagonia products and their ethics, but it’s like they pay their tech people in cannibis or something. Either buy in store or don’t buy it at all. Wasted 20 dollars for an annoying experience.

"Outstanding Customer Service"
I have this Patagonia wheeled duffle bag who’s been travelling around the world with me for the last 14 years. Good quality stuff, no doubt.
Unfortunately, the rubber of one of the wheel ended to be so used it desintegrated itself, leaving naked the hard plastic wheel - not great, very noisy, the bag ended in the loft… until a few months ago, thinking about my bag, hearing about our planet, ecology, recycling, re-using and reparing old stuff .. I thought, I could give it a chance, just in case, to contact Patagonia, you never know …
I must say they’ve been outstanding: managed to find in their stock in the US, a couple of wheels, exactly the ones I needed, send them to the UK … and all of this for not a penny ! amazing ! Got an (almost) new bag !
Well done Patagonia, an exemple to follow for many competitors !

"Great quality"
I have owned Patagonia vests and jackets for two decades and they hold up like few other items of clothing. The materials, stitching and color retention are all excellent. You get what you pay for, so it's a little more pricey than the competiton, but in this case, you buy once and don't spend on replacements. I like that the company cares about the environment too.

"Wrong item sent and refund took forever"
Ordered a hat off their website for a birthday gift. They sent the wrong colour. I was happy to return the one I received if they sent out the right one. However they wouldn't do that and said I would just have to reorder it again. So I would be £40 out of pocket and would have to pay delivery again. I sent back the wrong hat which they confirmed had recieved it, but took nearly a month to get my money back. Waste of time, don't order from there.

"I traded in a fleece Under Worn…"
I traded in a fleece Under Worn Wear....it is a scam. They didnt send the bag to send it in for over a month, and then only after I emailed to ask where it was. They received it and told me that I would get a response on the trade in condition and credit within 7 to 10 days. That was over a month and a half ago. My emails to follow up remain unanswered. WornWear is just a PR stunt so people think the billionaire who owns it is one of the good ones. Maybe he was 40 years ago or whenever it was founded, but now he is a typical billionaire...all he cares about is money. Patagonia banks on its rep for being good to the planet (and to be fair, they make great products) to make middle class millenials think they have found one consumer company that has found the right way to do it. They havent. Just another big money grubbing corp.

"Customer service non existent"
I’ve been a user of Patagonia clothing for some time now and generally find it high quality.

Rather than purchasing through a third party vendor - I recently gave ordering directly from Patagonia a try and discovered that the customer service is sadly extremely low quality.

The order was sent with an item in an incorrect size, and the process to organise a return was extremely painful via a Dutch based customer service team who seem woefully under staffed, badly trained and disinterested (with no escalation / complaints process). I finally managed to organise a return after many emails / phone calls but 4 weeks later I’m still waiting for a refund.

So in summary - while I would recommend Patagonia clothing, I would recommend never purchasing directly and will sadly after this experience be just shopping elsewhere generally with a company that values its customers.

"Patagonia's Worn Wear "service" is…problematic"
Patagonia's Worn Wear "service" is problematic. They rejected a jacket in excellent condition that I sent because (they claimed) it had discoloration on the inside of the collar. I saw no such thing, and now they have my jacket and will not return it as per their policy. I can't help but wonder what actually happened to my poor jacket. I certainly won't make the mistake of "giving" Patagonia my jackets again.

"Bad repairs"
4 year old backpack got a friction hole from rubbing against my back at the bottom to the side; no backpack, not even cheap and cheerful have failed me before like this.

Sent the backpack in for repairs on the one hole, this repair was ok (decent on the outside, ugly on the inside) but then I found an additional hole had been made in a place that had no hole or fabric wear. Guessing someone got happy with a seam ripper, and accidentally put a hole where one shouldn't be. They fixed it by tugging the fabric into the seam making the fabric pucker. The original hole was caused by the fabric puckering in the first place so this second repair will inevitably rub through.

Wish I had fixed it myself because even an amateur repair on one hole would be better than two "professional" repairs by Patagonia.

You're not getting quality and their ironclad guarantee in practice results in a botched job. Wish I had trusted the comments about bad repairs on Reddit, now I'm just cheesed off.

"Not sure if my order will actually arrive..."
I like the ethics of the company and the quality of the products so am disappointed with the experience I have had with a recent online order.

I placed an order and all seemed fine until I received an email informing me that my order was due to be shipped.

The shipping address in the email was incorrect and did not include my street name or number, only my apartment number. I thought this may have been my error, but checked and the address was correct on the order confirmation email.

I hoped that the address was only incorrect in the email, and not the actual package, so contacted customer service to clarify. To their credit, all responses were prompt.

I was informed that they were unable to change an address and that I should contact the courier to ensure the package would arrive. If the fault was my own I would be happy to do so, but this wasn't the case, so I asked if they could resolve it. I have been repeatedly told they can't do anything.

It now seems like I have extra work to carry out to ensure my order arrives due to a flaw in their email or shipping process, when all I wanted was to order a bag.

"Patagonia's repair program that does not work."
I have sent in a vest for a repair and it has not been repaired and followup is non existent. Although my email box is full of their sales and specials. I like their products mostly, am hugely disappointed in this repair program. Every time I check on status, nothing has progressed....what is going on??
