I’ve had a good experience with the gear itself, it does what it’s supposed to do and feels well made. That said, I’ve been feeling a little unsure about the ethics messaging lately. To me, it sometimes comes across as a bit too convenient, like it lines up nicely with marketing moments rather than feeling fully consistent. Maybe I’m reading into it, but that’s the impression I’ve been getting.

I ordered a jacket from Patagonia and the jacket itself was totally fine, thankfully. But the packaging really didn’t make the best impression. The box showed up half crushed and barely taped, almost like it had already been used a few times before. I’ve ordered outdoor gear from other brands in the past and the packaging usually feels a lot more secure, especially at this price point. Nothing was damaged, so that’s a plus, but I definitely expected it to arrive in better shape.

I ordered from patagonia and the delivery date kept changing over and over. The package ended up showing up almost a week late, and the tracking info was basically useless the whole time. The product itself is fine, but the shipping experience was SO frustrating

I sent in my old jacket to get the zipper repaired after looking through the warranty info on patagonia.com. The whole process was straightforward, and thankfully they didn’t make it feel like a huge hassle.
The only reason I’d knock it down a bit is the timing. It took around 4 weeks, which was longer than I was hoping for. Still, the repair looks really solid, and I’m glad I can keep using the jacket.

I picked up this Patagonia jacket for winter walks and just general day-to-day wear. From what I remember wearing it around town and while waiting for the bus, it does a decent job in regular cold weather. It feels comfortable and the quality seems solid. That said, the times I wore it when it was really windy or below freezing, I definitely remember feeling the cold get through more than I expected. The insulation is okay, but it’s not the super warm jacket I had in mind, especially for the price. Overall, it’s not a bad jacket at all, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t call it amazing either. Good for mild winter use, just not the one I’d rely on for harsher cold.

I’ve ordered from Patagonia a handful of times, i trust them more than most outdoor brands. Their gear definitely isn’t cheap, but it holds up, and when something goes wrong, they don’t act like it’s your problem. The website is easy to use too, which helps. More than anything, it feels like they have some actual principles instead of just using “sustainability” as a marketing line, and I respect that.

I was kind of surprised, but most of the sizes actually fit me, which doesn’t always happen. It made shopping a lot easier, and, overall, I’m happy with it.

I bought a fleece from patagonia and, it’s nice. The material feels soft and comfortable, and even though the fabric is lighter than I thought it would be, it still keeps me warm enough for everyday wear. The stitching seems solid too, at least so far. I do wish it had a thicker, more substantial feel, so I took off one star for that. Overall, I like it, but I’m not totally blown away.
